| It has been a bit of an extreme week with a number of things stripped away from me:
1. a project that I’ve been working for the past 8 weeks just came to a complete halt;
2. a booking on a project that I have been looking forward to has been taken out; and finally
3. a holiday which I booked on Monday is increasing likely to have to be cancelled because of a certain airline has gone bankrupt.
Life is full of surprises and something you never thought would ever happen will actually happen. But the good thing is that it works both ways, good things can unexpectedly happen to us also.

| Postman Pat. Postman Pat. Postman Pat and his wicked thief mind. Early in the morning, just as day is dawning, he picks up my lai-see and ran away.
It seems like my chiense new year lai-see from my mum and dad has gone missing in the post. The letter probably got stuck to the back of a post box or it was wrongly delivered to some random lucky household. So the new year came and gone…the fall of the pig and the rise of the rodent. Rat has never really been my favourite creature - tiny but lethal. Rumours said that they kill elephants by eating their brains. How rats get in an elephant’s head is a bit of a mystery but I would imagine they would probably chew their way through the ear canal.
Today I went to a chinese church in London for the first time since moving to london. As a matter of fact, I have not been to any chinese church for many months. The feeling was strangely familiar to my chinese church in cambridge, especially when I was handed over a chinese tea in a polystyrene cup.

| Postman Pat. Postman Pat. Postman Pat and his black and white cat. Early in the morning, just as day is dawning, he picks up all the post bags in his van.
Postman Pat. Postman Pat. Postman Pat and his black and white cat. All the birds are singing, and the day is just beginning. Pat feels he's a really happy man.
Happy valentine's day.
